Return Policy

To ensure you have a smooth shopping experience and to protect your rights, please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
• You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase, which will be emailed to you upon purchase.

Please note that all returns are subject to validation and approval at PrimePicks Store's discretion.

To initiate a return, please contact us at primepicks.globalstore@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee for Non-Defective Products

• For returns of non-defective items, a 20% restocking fee will be charged, which will be deducted from your refund.
• The cost of the return shipping label will also be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
• Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items).
• Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to do so is to return the unopened item in its original packaging and, after the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the funds will automatically be returned to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping & Delivery

We work with trusted third-party carriers for delivery, meaning we do not have control over the shipping process once items leave our warehouse. Please allow extra time for delivery if necessary, and contact us for any concerns regarding the shipment.
